Throughout the summer I will be runnning pay as you go Level 1 Pilates classes at Scotch Horn Leisure Centre in Nailsea. These sessions are for those who wish to stay at the lower level for a while or for those wishlng to try Pilates before deciding to do the beginners course.
A new 8 week beginners course starts on 7th September at 9.30am and 6.00pm. Please contact Scotch Horn on 01275 856965 to book your place or contact me for further details.
On a personaI note I am happy to say that I married my long standing partner Ron on the 17th April on a lovely spring day. This means I have changed my name from Harper to Davies. I hope this does not cause confusion.
