What is Pilatees
Pilates is a complete exercise method developed by its founder Joseph Pilates over the course of a lifetime dedicated to improving physical and mental health involving slow and controlled exercises performed on the mat or using specilaist Pilates equipment. The exercises are done on a one to one basis or in group sessions.
